J.S. Bach wrote six beautiful suites for solo cello. If you have favorites among them, let me know what you'd like to hear - I love playing these pieces.

There is so much beautiful, familiar classical music that works well for 'cello! I have written lovely arrangements of Pachelbel's Canon (yes, the cello can play two notes at once), Bach's Air on the G String, even the Mendelssohn Violin Concerto.

Where to start? Do you like mellow love ballads, light-hearted show tunes, jazz standards, rock 'n roll? How about Amazing Grace in two-part harmony? If I don't know a tune, or if it's not one of the 2000-odd selections in my "fake books," I love learning new ones. These days there are so many easy ways to find a tune - if I can't find it on the internet or at the library, maybe you can hum a few bars? And yes, I'll be happy to play Here Comes the Bride.
